  • NAYLA encourages women to share their voice and celebrates their expression. We accept pieces that showcase your art, business, personal stories, and cultural experiences. We also love to hear stories of how you followed your intuition, took a chance on yourself, or pieces regarding self-care.

  • No, you do not have to identify as a woman of colour to submit your work or work with us. We believe in allyship and welcome many perspectives in supporting women of colour on their journey.

    We are a publication and platform focused on content for individuals identifying as women, transgender, non-binary and non-conforming persons of colour.

  • A member of our team will contact you to let you know if your work is accepted and the following steps to publish your work on the site, which may include but is not limited to, fact-checking, edits, or revisions.

    Though your piece may have initially been accepted, there is no guarantee it will be published on the site.

  • NAYLA may accept a piece already published digitally or in print in select cases with express permission from the author, and the original publication. Please contact us for more details.
